Barry is the founder of the firm and has over 22 years of experience in public accounting. Prior to opening Barry H. Franklin, CPA, LLC in October 2011, Barry was a partner with the certified public accounting firm of Bradshaw, Pope & Franklin, LLP located in Norcross Georgia for 20 years. Prior to entering public accounting, he was with the Internal Revenue Service for over 3 years as a field auditor performing audits of corporations, partnerships and individuals. Barry received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Valdosta State University in 1987, and is a member of both the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

In addition to the firm, Barry is a speaker for the Society of Financial Awareness's Metro Atlanta Chapter. SOFA provides free financial education for employees of companies located around the Metro Atlanta area. The chapter is currently providing workshops for Emory University, Jackson Healthcare, Atkins Global, and other companies.

Debbie has been with the firm since its inception in 2011. Prior to that she worked with Barry at Bradshaw, Pope & Franklin, LLP since 2005. Prior to her employment with Bradshaw, Pope & Franklin, LLP, Debbie was with an accounting firm for 6 years. Debbie's 16 years of experience in all aspects of accounting; including bookkeeping, payroll, out of state payroll, and sales tax returns, make her a valuable asset to the firm and clients. Also, Debbie has extensive experience in using and advising clients on QuickBooks accounting software.

Ketur started with the firm in February 2014. He previously had four years of experience with an accounting firm located in Norcross, and his accounting back ground includes bookkeeping, payroll and income tax preparation. Ketur received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Georgia State University in 2005.

Lorie started with the firm in July 2014. She has over 15 years of experience in public accounting, including preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, nonprofit and fiduciary income tax returns; payroll processing and payroll tax returns; multi-state sales tax returns; bookkeeping and on-site support; and compilations, reviews, and audits. In addition to her public accounting experience, Lorie also has 3 years of experience in the private sector. Lorie graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Lorie moved to metro Atlanta from Albany, GA in July of 2014.
